I have spent nearly three decades working inside and alongside complex, global organisations: as a three-time Chief Risk and Audit Executive, an Adviser to Boards and executive teams, and a trusted partner to leaders navigating change, uncertainty and competing priorities.I bring the perspective of someone who has sat at every table. Rania combines deep technical expertise in Audit, Risk, Governance and GRC with strategic thinking, commercial acumen, Board-level experience and a warm, down-to-earth, human-centred leadership style.Developing leaders is a defining part of her career. Rania has mentored and developed more than 25 leaders who progressed into Chief Audit Executive, Chief Risk Officer and other senior executive roles.
